HR - 3418 Employment Practice Liability

Addresses the risk of liability arising out of employment relationships and related decisions. The course will review statutory law principles and cover employment laws that create liability in the workplace. Topics pertaining to hiring, at-will doctrine, supervision, termination, workers’ compensation, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and other forms of potential discrimination will be covered.
