SP - 341 Spanish History and Art

Credits: 3

Explores Hispanic history and art from pre-history to the present, covering specific historical periods and cultural manifestations. Emphasis is placed on how cultural, political, and geographical diversity shape artistic expression. Off-classroom activities required. Two sections are offered: one in English and one in Spanish. Course Fee.

General Education: Satisfies Expanded Literacies: Cultural Awareness.

Prerequisite(s): None if dictated in English. If dictated in Spanish, any 200-level SP course or permission of the instructor.
