SX - 1014 Strength and Conditioning

Credits: 1

A practical application of resistance training and conditioning techniques. Students will learn stretching techniques, fundamentals of exercise techniques including free-weights and machine training, spotting, Olympic lifting, alternative modes, and nontraditional implement training. This course is for students pursuing a career in strength and conditioning, in preparation for certification examinations.

Co- or Prerequisite: Prior or concurrent registration in SX 365 , or permission of the instructor
