Cross-listed with HS 410. Examines the concepts, theories, programs, and requirements of emergency preparedness arising from planning, practice, risk assessment, exercises and drills. The course will also provide an overview of the relationship of preparedness to response, as well as a review of emergency operations and incident command systems.
