Introductory course of American Sign Language (ASL). Students will learn the expressive vocabulary, basic grammatical structure, and receptive language techniques to have and maintain a conversation. Conversational topics include the following: introducing themselves and others; exchanging basic social information such as where they live and their family; and discussing common activities.
