This course provides a comprehensive analysis of the National Airspace System (NAS) and the operational procedures of Air Traffic Control. Students will study the specific rules, procedures, and separation standards for visual (VFR) and instrument (IFR) flight operations. Topics include detailed airspace classifications, ATC services and clearances, radar and non-radar separation, control tower operations, TRACON procedures, and the role of En Route (ARTCC) centers. Emphasis is placed on the application of standard ATC phraseology.
