Introduces the considerations when transitioning students with special needs from early childhood education to elementary, elementary to middle, middle to high school, and then high school to post-secondary employment. Students discover strategies for fostering independence, including study skills, time management, and life coaching. Collaboration with school and community professionals to support successful transition is developed. Course fee.
