Spanish, Foreign Language Teacher Certification (BA)

Major Requirements

• SP - 201 Intermediate Spanish I Credits: 3 (or 200 level Spanish course)
• SP - 202 Intermediate Spanish II Credits: 3 (or 200 level Spanish course)
• 8 additional Spanish coures at the 200 level or higher (one must be a 400 level course)

M.Ed. Program

Students in the STEP track should apply to the M.Ed. Program during their fourth and final year of undergraduate study. Admission requirements for the Graduate M.Ed. Phase are:

• Satisfactory completion of ED 109 , ED 209 , ED 218 , ED 366 , and ED 373 ;
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0; and
• Passing score on PRAXIS test.
