The Post-MSN program structure follows the executive educational model of intensive face-to-face introduction to each course, followed by collaborative online completion of the remainder of activities to meet course outcomes.

The curriculum is based on the FT sequential completion of 11-14 courses over a minimum of seven semesters. Students seeking the MBA option will complete an additional 10 courses over 5 semesters following the completion of the DNP Program of study. All courses will be conducted via Blackboard, the online learning management system utilized by DeSales University. Students will synchronously meet for class with the nursing faculty member using Blackboard, Zoom Meeting, and other technologies. Additional asynchronous activities will be incorporated into each course.

The PT Doctor of Nursing Practice in Clinical Leadership Program curriculum is based on the sequential completion of the same 11 required courses/35 credit hours, plus the completion of the Scholarly Project, but over ten (10) semesters.  There are no free elective requirements in the program.
