ED - 6150 Reading Strategies for K-6

Credits: 1

This course is designed to provide prospective teachers with the ability to implement comprehension strategies across the curriculum. Emphasis will be on strategies for developing students’ reading comprehension, reader-response theory, critical thinking, media, and critical literacy. Strategies for identification and remediation of reading difficulties will be discussed. Lab fee required.
