HI - 401 Seminar in Historical Research

An introduction to the craft of original, individualized research. Students will choose a specific topic, locate relevant sources, develop questions, and work to answer them. Throughout the semester, students present their findings to fellow students. A formal research paper is due at semester’s end. Open to nonmajors.
