**Controlled Career Prep Electives - Choose four of the following: AB 217 , AB 272 ; CM 205 , CM 206 , CM 318 ; EN 312 /CM 340 ; MG 100 , MG 201 , MG 220 , BA 226 ; MK 201 ; PL 225 ; UNIV 140 .

Additional courses outside of History that are inter-disciplinary, textually dense, and at the 300-level can satisfy this requirement with the academic advisor’s approval. Additional courses to satisfy this requirement may be approved by the academic advisor. Students who take a course that satisfies Lens #1 or Lens #2 as an elective in the major cannot simultaneously have it count towards the general education requirement.
